How do I get onboarded?
We are eager to work with you, here are the steps to get in contact.
Step #1
Schedule a Discovery Call
In order to find out how we can offer you the best service and what we can do to serve you better, a discovery call for first time clients is mandatory. The Discovery call is usually 15 – 30 minutes depending on your needs.
SteP #2
Invoice, Sign Service agreement & NDA
After the Discovery Call, a service agreement and non-disclosure agreement (if required) contract will be sent to your email for you to review and sign, changes and amendments can be made if necessary. After both parties have signed, a deposit has to be paid before any service is rendered, ensure to pay in a timely fashion the ensure timely processing. To protect your business information, both contracts are treated as confidential. PandaDoc will be used as the method of eSignature.
SteP #3
Grant Access to Tools & Systems
In order to do our work, you will grant access to the tools and platforms I’ll be using (e.g., Google Drive, email, CRM systems, project management software) and share any relevant passwords securely through the platforms Bitwarden.
SteP #4
Regular check-ins
Once set up, I’ll start working on your tasks and provide regular updates through an agreed upon medium such as email, Trello, or Zoom meetings (if necessary) for communication, while scheduling recurring check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) to review progress and adjust priorities if needed.
