Communication Guidelines
Here you will find the guidelines for communicating with your Virtual Assistant from Honey Badger Taskmasters.
Preferred Methods of Communication
For day-to-day communication, I prefer using email for quick updates and task-related discussions. For more in-depth conversations, I am available for scheduled Zoom calls.
Response Times
I aim to respond to emails and messages within 2 hours during regular business hours (Monday to Friday). Urgent requests will be prioritized, and I will do my best to accommodate them within a 1-hour window if possible.
Availability
My regular working hours are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST/UTC-5 (no daylight saving time), Monday to Friday. If a task requires attention outside of these hours, please provide advance notice, and I will do my best to adjust my schedule or offer alternative solutions
