How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

I take confidentiality very seriously. I use secure systems and methods to handle sensitive information. All client data is protected, and I have a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place to ensure confidentiality. Any information shared with me remains private and secure

What happens if I need urgent support?

For urgent tasks, I’m flexible and strive to accommodate them as quickly as possible. However, to maintain the quality of service, it is required to implement an additional fee for expedited requests. We can establish clear guidelines for priority task to ensure they are handled promptly, while also setting realistic expectations for completion times outside our agreed timeline.

How do you handle payments and invoicing?

Payments are typically made on either [weekly, bi-weekly or monthly] basis, depending on our agreement. I invoice through your email and accept payments through an agreed upon payment method.

Can I adjust the scope of work after we start?

Absolutely! If your needs change, we can revisit the scope of work and adjust it as necessary. I’m adaptable and can modify my approach to suit new priorities or projects.

Do you offer long-term or project-based support?

Yes! I offer both long-term support for ongoing tasks and project-based support for specific, short-term needs. We can discuss what best suits your business requirements via booking a consultation/discovery-call.
